- Key Objective(s) · Provide professional advices to interpretate regulations and ensure the implementation in specific business circumstances. Conduct compliance clearance and approval. Ensure the proper use of the chops and company certificates. Provide compliance trainings, organize compliance campaign and deliver various types of communications to continuously raise compliance awareness of associates. Key Responsibilities · Conduct conformity review and clearance on Compliance IT system (e.g. BENEFITS, BRC) · Ensure the proper use of the chops and company certificates to avoid misuse risks: 1) Announce the start/suspension/stop of use of any chop (ii) Apply chops to documents based on the defined scope of chop usage and approval flows 2) Verify the chop usage pertinence on the document from legal perspective and serve as the last legal checking point for defined types of critical documents 3) Archive samples of seals and e-copies of sealed documents 4) Keep safety of the chops 5) Other chop administration responsibilities · Monitor company chop / certificates under management by subsidiaries, regions and other biz. departments. 1) conduct spot check to identify potential risks and advise improvement 2) provide advise for process improvement · Design, implement and deliver systematic education programs to improve the awareness 1) Provide consultation / coaching to associates and interfaces. provide compliance trainings to associates to improve the awareness 2) Provide compliance communication materials (e.g., compliance express email, pop-up pushes, Joychat messages) 3) Prepare the compliance posters, brouchers and display them at working spaces 4) develop and utilize the digital compliance communication channels, i.e. E-communication channels, Cloud campaigns · Support Sr. Compliance Officer in various compliance tasks, such as: 1) identify potential risks and timely report to Sr. Compliance Officer 2) provide data analysis on complicated governance and compliance issues 3) support communication materials preparation for top management 4) organize compliance activities, events, workshops · Support on corp. registration/filing issues for BBA and subsidiaries (incl. prepare documents, coordinate with authorities and file with govt) Qualifications · Bachelor or above degree in Laws or equivalent Lawyer Qualification Certificate or Legal Professional Qualification Certificate is preferred · Proficiency of written and spoken English · Good computer skills with MS Office tools · Well organized, detail and service oriented · Strong communication and interpersonal skill · Good team player · Working experience at law firm or multinational company as legal professional 1-3 Years · Experience with corporate legal affairs and/or compliance 1-3 Years
