Major Tasks & Activities: 1. Formulates and implements daily or special operational procedures, and reviews and upgrades such procedures. 2. Controls and maintains an updated record of department personnel. 3. Arranges and conducts training courses for new recruits and refresh appropriate courses for staff. 4. Maintains and updates equipment inventory list for the department. 5. Coordination and planning of material acquisition, cost and budget control. 6. Liaises with outside contractors for cleaning, security and landscaping services. 7. Assists in liaising with government and local authorities in relating to the operational concern. 8. Explore and apply new concept on security, cleaning and customer service for properties. 9. Acts as Property Management Manager during his/her absence. Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements: 1. University graduated / Degree holder is preferred. Holder of certificates/diploma on Property Management subject would be an advantage. 2. Good communication and people management skills. 3. Good knowledge of building construction and project management would be an advantage. 4. Ability and network in negotiating with any government authorities but not limited to the Public Security Bureau, Environmental Protection Bureau, Fire-fighting department and Bureau of City Administration & Law Enforcement. 5. Good command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written. 6. At least 5-6 years' experience in building/security management, 3 years at the supervisory level. 7. Proven record of job experience at Grade A office building and shopping mall.
