- What is the job about? Plan and implement EHS activities to meet the requirement of Group, Company, and National regulations and standards such as ISO14001,ISO45001 &ISO50001etc. Build up safety culture within the organization Your main responsibilities: * Develop efficient EHS strategies * Maintain ISO14001,ISO45001 & ISO50001 management system; maintain relevant standards, procedures and processes; conduct the external and internal audit. * Ensure the laws, regulations, and Group requirements are complied * Ensure all employees understand company’s EHS requirements by training and coaching * Analyze incident investigation and observation/coaching reports and follow up the corrective and preventive actions * Report EHS KPI and activities to management monthly * Develop safety program for educating contractors and suppliers * Organize the EHS inspection to ensure EHS requirements are implemente * Lead & develop a team of EHS professionals from different sites What do you need to apply? We expect you have: * At least a master/bachelor’s degree or equivalent in environmental engineeri ng or safety engineering, with minimum 10 years of relevant experience in EHS management * Familiar with Chinese laws and regulations related to safety and environment * Management representative of ISO14001, ISO45001 & ISO50001 system is preferred * National certificate in safety engineer is preferred * People management experience required * Strong spoken & written English communication skills.
