职位介绍: Job Description for Industrial Engineer 工业工程师职位描述 As an Industrial Engineer in D-SIMLAB, you will get exposure in both technical and soft skills development. The role does not limit to only data analysis, but also involves in providing professional consultation services to customers, with the following key responsibilities: 作为D-SIMLAB的工业工程师，您将同时接触到到技术和软技能开发。该职位不仅限于数据分析，还包括为客户提供专业咨询服务，主要职责如下： • Work together with a team of highly skilled Software Engineers and Data Scientists in software product deployment and delivery, at world advanced semiconductor manufacturers 与世界先进半导体制造商的高技能软件工程师和数据科学家团队合作，进行软件产品部署和交付 • Identify factors associated with performance gaps between plan and actual 鉴别计划与实际性能差距相关的因素 • Propose strategies to improve production line performance 提供改善产品线性能的战略 • Construct ETL to interface with data sources to feed D-SIMCON data model 构建ETL与数据源接口，以提供D-SIMCON数据模型 • Analyse data for consistency, completeness, and correctness in the context of simulation modelling 在模拟建模的情景下分析数据的一致性、完整性和正确性 We are looking for candidates fulfil the following criteria: 我们正在寻找符合以下要求的候选人： • Bachelor/Master Degree specialises in Industrial Engineering or related discipline 工业工程或相关专业的本科或硕士学历 • Minimum 3 years experience in capacity planning, factory scheduling or related operations research roles 至少3年的产能规划、工厂计划或相关运营研发工作经验 • Competence in C#, .NET, SQL would be advantageous 会C#, .NET, SQL优先 • Enjoy working with experts with different cultural and technical backgrounds 享受与具有不同文化和技术背景的专家合作的乐趣 • Love to travel the world and work on challenging projects 乐于在全球出差和喜欢挑战性项目 • Interest in career progression by strengthening technical and soft skills 在职业规划中，对加强技术和软技能感兴趣。
