- Job Description: Leading competitive analysis, market analysis, and participating in multiple strategic task forcesPlays an active role in shaping the technology and business strategies and holistic direction of the corporation. Manages strategic programs that require deep understanding of technology/product portfolio, and market/competitive dynamics, as well as collaboration across geographically dispersed engineering and business organizations.Identifies key business and technology trends in relevant market segments and competitor portfolio to inform strategic recommendations. Evaluates existing business and technology strategies to ensure alignment with the enterprise's overall strategy. Advises business unit leadership within the organization, providing needed support in the formulation of individual BU strategies.Responsible for accelerating revenue growth and profitability by identify value creation opportunities using a comprehensive analysis of technology capabilities of the corporation versus market trends, competitors, and customer needs/roadmap. Partners across multiple disciplines to develop cohesive strategic recommendations that support business and technical requirements.Work with multiple levels of the leaders across different business units to initiate, articulate and align the strategy in the ambiguity and can drive this through together with BU owners.Drive complex business transactions from deal conception and negotiations to contract closure with companies which positively and significantly impact the business bottom line and/or competitive position.Establish deal structures and business models comprehending intellectual property concerns, licensing scope, statements of work, go to market strategies, etc. as appropriate for the business. Qualifications: - Advanced university degree e.g., MBA or demonstrable equivalent. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Computer Science a plus.- 6+ years' experience leading multi-discipline projects, deals, partnerships, or related initiatives in product development, management consulting, financial analysis, and/or market research, with successful outcomes. Experience with the first tier consulting firm will be desirable.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to independently capture and communicate abstract ideas clearly and concisely to a senior management team.- Strong collaboration skills including cross-functional team work, project facilitation, and senior management influence in support of complex project objectives with a broad range of team members.Good command of a combination of business acumen, industry savvy, organization savvy, networking capabilities and expertise in certain technical areas.
