职位介绍: Description/职位描述: Staff management and leadership § Create and sustain a culture of collaboration through fostering a proactive business partnering environment within the DePuy Synthes Finance team § Provide coaching, guidance and support to assist employees reach their full potential through the performance management and talent development process § Support job rotation opportunities cross function, cross department or cross franchise to ensure the development of future J&J leaders § Collaborate with the Ethicon/CSS Plant controller to ensure consistency of approach towards leadership and direction for the Suzhou campus Finance team Accounting and Financial controls § Develop and maintain compliant and efficient accounting system for DePuy Synthes within the J&J Campus § Develop and oversee accounting policies and procedures in compliance with local and J&J regulations § Ensure the timely submission of all monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports § Support the leadership of all financial related projects for DePuy Synthes § Liaise with the Global Supply Chain function – S&OP process § Maintain a surveillance of regulations in China Jiangsu province and SIP to make recommendations for changes as necessary or advisable Financial Planning and Forecasting § Lead the annual business plan development and forecasting process for DePuy Synthes § Provide ongoing financial modelling and analysis expertise to business partners § Lead the regular budget versus actual review process Compliance and Risk management § In partnership with the Ethicon/CSS Plant controller develop and maintain an effective internal control process accompanied by a strong SOX control process § In partnership with the Ethicon/CSS Plant controller oversee the internal and external audit process for the Suzhou campus ensuring that all recommendations for control enhancement and corrective actions are implemented § In partnership with the Ethicon/CSS Plant controller oversee the annual insurance renewal process and ensure appropriate coverage is maintained Management reporting § Ensure all monthly management reporting requirements for the DPS business review are met in a timely manner § Ensure all key financial data is provided to business partners in a timely manner to support KPI analysis in order to ensure that the DPS site operational targets are met Capital Spend and cash management § Manage and direct capital spend for DePuy Synthes in line with J&J procedures § In partnership with the Ethicon/CSS Plant controller manage ongoing campus banking relationships § In partnership with the Ethicon/CSS Plant controller ensure adequate cash flow forecasting procedures are in place § In partnership with the Ethicon/CSS Plant controller work with corporate/regional treasury/other J&J companies to ensure adequate campus funding Member of the Site leadership team § Act as a strategic partner for the leadership team ensuring Finance continues to have an input into all decisions which impact DPS. Give sound justification for adapting strategy § Work with relevant project teams from other J&J companies to investigate and develop new investment opportunities for the campus § Develop BCP plan with other team members § Responsible for minimizing both the environmental and Health & Safety effects of the work they perform Qualifications/任职要求: § Finance, Accounting, MBA, CPA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent § Qualified accountant § Minimum 4 years’ experience in a senior finance role within a multinational company § Previous experience within the Healthcare/Medical Devices sector an advantage § Experience within J&J desirable § Proven track record influencing and leading people and interacting with senior level management. § Process-oriented individual with the ability to develop strategic/tactical plans. § Strategic Thinking, Collaboration and Teaming, Prudent Risk Taking, Results and Performance Driven
