- 岗位描述 YOUR TASKS * Set up the supplier basis for the company based on Hella current base, including both direct and indirect purchasing activities. * Drive to set up effective purchasing process to achieve the targets of Cost, Time, and Quality requirement. * Negotiate supplier frame contracts, define sourcing concept and realize sourcing activities incl. but not limited to sending RFQs, negotiating and nominating suppliers for tools and components within the material group (new projects, lifetime extensions, change management, etc.) * Supplier management excellence: supplier daily communication, business development, individual supplier strategy definition, supplier escalation management and others. * Initiate talks, carry out negotiations and prepare contracts to reduce costs, as well as to optimize procedures between supplier and the company and to enforce Hella interests considering schedules, quality, quantity and delivery conditions. * Summarize and document purchasing activities derived from the purchasing targets to trigger and implement the necessary measures. 任职资格 YOUR QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelor's degree and above, working in electronics manufacturing industry. * More than 3 up to 5 years’ experience in Purchasing field, especially in sourcing and outsourcing field is preferred. * English fluent in writing. * Familiar with office software. * Experience or has knowledge on automotive standards are preferred.
