职位介绍: 职责描述: = Objectives = This position will be fully focused on providing strategy support and statistical analysis to commercial operations and will be a key role in digital product development. Especially on digital assets management, this position should be fully responsible on project management and digital product operation to maximize the impact of digital across the organization. = Main Tasks = Product development • Be responsible for understanding, analyzing, and interpreting business requirements and needs, liaising with key stakeholders to ensure that deliverables meet the needs of both internal departments and end users. • Create business cases and system requirements along with user stories and process flow diagrams for the development team. • Drive implementation of digital product while integrating commercial processes, working closely with Sales, Marketing, and other department heads. • Work closely with the Business, Global Digital team, and IT Development team (internal and external) to ensure leading edge technology thinking is brought into solutioning and validate that solutions can be delivered to time, cost and align to the business' goals and objectives. Project Management • Play the role of product owner in data-relevant digital product and lead project management. • Lead country digital projects to success. • Lead collaboration among multiple internal and external functions. Strategy Management • Contribute to development and implement of Agriculture Solutions Business Unit digital strategy, which fits to business strategies of country, region and global. • Data Analysis • Work together with data analyst to provide data-driven decision-making support. People Development • Coach teams & deploy consistent, effective sales and marketing tools and approach across the business in collaboration with Commercial Excellence, Digital Marketing and IS leads. 任职要求: = Job Requirements = • Bachelor or Master Degree in Information Technology and/or Computer science or in commercial (business management or economics) field • Experience in leading and managing successful project and/or commercial teams with proven track record of his/her ability to structure initiatives and get other people to follow and execute his/her ideas. • Experience in project management and change management • Performing in-depth analysis, helping to define and validate requirements and carry out process/experience mapping • Proficient / advanced level in standard applications (e.g. MS Office, CRM, Power-BI, Python), e-commerce, content management and web-based applications • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate accurately and effectively in verbal and written English 请时刻警惕任何可能的招聘欺诈行为！请注意，巴斯夫绝不会在任何情况下向候选人以任何形式收取任何费用。
