职位介绍: 职位描述: 1、支持企业服务团队，深入了解业务状况和团队运作状况，理解业务战略并促进人力资源战略在业务部门的有效实施； 2、负责业务部门的团队搭建，根据现有团队情况，设计人员成长路径及人员培养方案，有效制定和实施人才发展计划并跟进实施； 3、洞察组织和团队存在的问题，并应用专业理论、方法、工具，为业务团队提供全方位解决方案，包括培训、绩效、员工关系等人力资源工作，并推动方案落地； 4、协助完成组织及团队氛围建设，推动公司文化的建设和业务的高速发展。 1. Partner with your business unit and ensure a deep understanding of business strategy and implement high-quality HR practices within the team; 2. Coach and mentor business leaders to help build a strong community that will improve the development of the business; 3. Collaborate with stakeholders and leadership and provide HR guidance when appropriate; including staffing, talent development, performance management, and employee relations; 4. Be the ambassador for the organizational culture as well as plan and implement activities to continue to drive employee engagement. 职位要求: 1、国际化HRBP工作经验，同时支持过海内外业务； 2、有支持过法务团队的HRBP工作经验者优先； 3、了解人力资源各模块基本工作，并具备招聘、绩效等的实操经验； 4、英语口语流利，能够作为工作语言； 5、自我驱动，思考力强，认真负责，有亲和力，能承担较大的工作压力，能适应公司快速发展的工作节奏； 6、丰富的资深业务客户管理经验。 1. Global HRBP experience, with experience of diagnosing issues at department level and setting appropriate HR strategies to address; 2. Working experience supporting Legal department previously is preferred; 3. Comprehensive HR knowledge with hands-on experiences in solving business challenges; 4. Proficient in written and oral English; 5. Strong self-motivated, responsible attitude, willing to work in a fast-paced working environment; 6. Stakeholder management experience of senior stakeholders.
