Position Summary: 1. Account sales for National Helium & SP gases 2. Position focus on National Helium & SP customers management and development in China Job Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for National Helium & SP sales revenue target. 2. Working with sales manager for account strategy and promote Linde’s Technology & Products. 3. Maintain customer relationships, build long-term business partner with customer to maintain Linde’s products leadership position. 4. Contracts renew regularly, Improve sales Quality, DSO, Price Management. 5. Works closely with supporting team on business development. 6. Keep an eye on the market and competitors’ status. 7. Understands sales team goals, and develops account strategies to achieve sales goal by collaborating with internal functional team, PM etc. 8. Timely update sales team’s routine dashboard and report. 9. Other tasks assigned by manager. Required Qualifications/Experience: 1. Bachelor’s degree. 2. 3 years+ experiences of sales, experience in the industrial gas sales or rare gas is a plus. 3. Have good communication and coordination ability, ability to work under pressure, with strong ambition and proactivity. 4. Integrity. 5. Willing to business trips.
