职位介绍: We are looking for a motivated and talented Experience Coordinator to join its international team. The Experience Coordinator will support our global clients engaged in a digital transformation program, powered by the Fabernovel group in the following areas: learning expeditions, customized training and workshop, strategic advisory etc. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Experience management - 50% ● Have a good understanding of event management, especially serving with high-level executives of global companies. ● Draft customized recommendations by understanding clients’ needs and budget related to experience ● Ensure outstanding experiences of the clients through onsite coordination with different parties including helping participants to immerse in the training atmosphere, handling emergencies, etc. Partner sourcing - 25% ● Explore potential excellent venue/partners and arrange field visits regularly including meeting space, f&b, hotel, and digital-related stores. ● Source and monitor the quality of service that vendors provide including venues, pickup, printing ● In charge of the administrative tasks link to vendors' payment and contracting follow up Internal project optimization - 25% ● Develop and maintain venue/partners databases ● Organize and coordinate onsite internal team events including reservation, payment and schedule ● Provide support to teams when needed, including producing project deliverables, case studies, etc. IDEAL PROFILE ● At least 1-2 years experience in hospitality or travel agency ● Innovative, open-minded and curious about new things ● Demonstrate autonomy, proactivity, and is also a good team player ● A fast learner of cross-industry and cross-expertise knowledge ● Demonstrate a Strong business and workplace ethics ● Fluency in Chinese & English, both written and spoken, is a must ● Good interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills ● Resourceful with a keen eye for problem identification and solving ● Excellent time management and organization skills with attention to details ● Previous experience in event management is a must
