职位介绍: Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement AI models and algorithms to solve business problems. • Lead the development of AI-related products, from ideation to launch, working closely with product managers and engineers. • Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to design and deploy AI-powered applications. • Research and evaluate new AI technologies and tools to stay current with industry trends. • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into AI solutions and product features. • Possess expertise in LLM engineering, AGI development with Langchain, and fine-tuning LLM models. • Ensure the ethical and responsible use of AI technologies in alignment with company values and regulatory requirements. Job Requirements: • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field. • Proven experience in developing and implementing AI solutions in a professional setting. • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java. • Strong understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing. • Experience with AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras. • Expertise in LLM engineering, AGI development with Langchain, and fine-tuning LLM models. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a strong foundation in mathematics. • Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively in a team environment. • Knowledge of ethical considerations and best practices in AI development and
