Regional Sales Manager – Hefei (Anhui Province) Your tasks: 1. Finding new business opportunities in the designated sales territory. 2. Successfully complete new projects with existing customers and close new business with new customers. 3. Design and develop technical solutions in multiple high-tech industries in partnership with customers and internal technical team. 4. Provide start-up project development and on-going customer support. 5. Internal and external project management and control. 6. Develop and submit reports detailing new opportunities, sales calls, competitor activity, potential customers, and customer needs. 7. Collaborate with executive team on customer applications Your qualifications: 1. Completed university studies in engineering with focus on process engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, physics, or similar with top grades and at least 3-5 years of professional experience in the field of engineering. Technical sales experience is an added advantage. 2. Excellent hold over Mandarin and English. 3. Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems with customers 4. Excellent organizational skills and a responsible, cross-departmental working style. 5. High degree of initiative, team-oriented, open-minded, polite, and respectful. 6. Long term career focus. 7. Willingness to travel within China and 1-2 trips to Germany per year Job benefits: 1.
