职位介绍: Project Implementation Site inspections: site work deviations, quality control, safety, and site cleanliness Co-ordinate with related contractors and suppliers to ensure efficiency and that the construction schedule is met Administer contracts impartially, reasonably, and proactively to safeguard the interests of the company Manage risks and act in a timely manner to protect the interests of the company Oversee the co-ordination and production of construction drawings and site verification and control measurements Staffing Actively participate in the selection and on-boarding of project team members Conduct performance reviews of direct reports Handover Oversee handover procedures and defects rectification for the ID works of the project Complete the entire ID Handover with proper training manuals, as-built drawings, testing results, and maintenance training Oversee the arrangement for ID close out, settlement of final accounts and the deployment plan for ID team members CRITICAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Tertiary qualification in Interior Design / Architectural Studies or a related discipline Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience with track record in hospitality / retail / residential projects Familiar with best practices, workmanship in construction and project design, site construction experience is mandatory Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong managerial skills with a hands-on approach Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin) is a must for project sites in Mainland China
