职位介绍: 第三方岗位 Duties (major tasks and activities) Develops and Executes Project Plans - Assign, define schedules and track cross-functional tasks/activities to ensure that project progress within expected timings. - Identify, monitor, communicate and resolve issues, scope changes and other final project objective hurdles that may arise during the project execution. - Documents all commitments and agreements of each project - Drives work efficiency of each functional owner to deliver their tasks on time - Simulates supportability of projects with potential risk Manages Project Risk - Identifies sources of risk - Lead risk analysis & mitigation planning for projects - Communicates and escalates risks, status and responsibilities to appropriate individuals Facilitate Meetings - Organize and lead project core team meetings. Maintains effective communication and working relationships among project core team. - Documents all meeting agreements and ensure there is a follow thru on the agreements. Process and Documentation - Update timeline, milestones, cost & SKU table information in SharePoint. - Prepare and present project progress reports & presentations as required. - Support Process optimization. Job Requirements/Qualifications (Critical skills, experience and educational requirements needed to accomplish duties): Education: • BS level and PMP Certification is preferred Functional Knowledge/ Technical Expertise: • At least 3 years project management experience in FMCG in Supply Chain or other relevant technical/commercial functions • Ability to lead, motivate, influence and supervise cross-functional teams • Ability to perform well under pressure, adapt to changes and meet deadlines • Proficiency in MS Office (Project, Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook) • Proficiency in English and Mandarin communication both written and verbal Personality: • Extremely organized and Strong multi-tasking • Fast learner and willing to learn new things
