- [Job Title] Strategy and Fundraising Manager Reports To: Operation Department Director Responsibilities and Duties: • Organize the entire team to analyze, refine and finalize the business strategy to match business vision and value. • Breakdown the strategy to each function and push forward the progress to meet the strategy target. • Set up fundraising target according to business development plan, resource demand, government policy and market status. • Develop and maintain the fundraising channels especially with management levels including but not limited to external companies, PE, VC, Government investment platforms… to achieve fundraising. • Organize the activities and events e.g. pre-communication, negotiation, contract signature, announcement article… • Assist BD to approach high management levels of investors for business opportunities Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree or above in science and engineering, economics and management, finance, accounting are preferred; • Be familiar with Automotive industry and have good relationship with the major OEM companies and major Tier1 suppliers • At least 5 years of experience in primary market investment, or similar positions in related companies, with a deep understanding of company operations, finance, due diligence, etc., leading investment or financial advisory work for three or more projects, or leading private equity financing in similar companies; • Strong self driving ability, strong language expression ability, public relations ability, strong logical thinking ability, data analyzing ability, and coordination ability • Strong ownership, relentless under big pressure • Workable English writing and speaking
