职位介绍: Responsibility • Develop deep market and category analysis to identify business growth opportunities • Lead monthly consumption reporting of cross channels, deep dive share driver/drainers and reasons behind • Lead data analytics projects including marketing mix and forecasting projects • Bring innovation to life via relevant consumer insights, participate and lead on ground research (e.g. needs exploratory, concept test, volumetric test.) • Ensure brand asset and communication are consumer-centered via consumer exploratory, communication development validation, post tracking of communication effectiveness, brand tracking (BPS) etc. • Develop trust partnership with global team and local cross function team • Independent project delivery and agency management • Participate in strategy discussion and build brand/communication strategy together with category Qualifications/Requirements: (Education / Experience / Competencies) • Experience in consumer insight/analysis in both agency and client side • Strong oral and written communication Skills and ability to influence peers/upwards • Have deep understanding in market data and strong analysis skills • Prior experience in conducting various qualitative and quantitative research techniques • In-depth business and strategy understanding
