职位介绍: Responsibilities/职责 ? Assist in setting up production team of new plant. 协助建立生产团队。 ? Support production line setup and acceptance. 协助进行新产线的安装调试和验收。 ? Coordinate production activities with supporting functions, such as maintenance, quality, EHS, etc. and give the first actions for production interruption. 协调维修、质量、EHS等部门相关人员，确保生产活动的正常进行，并在出现异常时及时反应。 ? According to master plan, prepare production plan, follow up production schedule, ensure on time delivery. 基于主计划，制定日常生产计划，跟踪计划的执行情况，确保及时交付。 ? Responsible for daily activities management, such as output, failure report, quality, EHS management, 5S, TPM. 负责产线日常管理活动，包括产出，质量报告，EHS管理，5S，TPM等。 ? Monitor the tooling/ mold status and control the cost. 跟踪工装模具的日常使用状态，有效控制模具费用。 ? Check and manage the working discipline of operators. Review their performance, Prepare and implement the training plan to develop the team. 管理员工纪律，评估员工绩效。依据团队情况制定和实施员工培训计划。 ? Responsible for continuous improvement activities of production operation. 负责生产区域的持续改善活动。 ? Other tasks assigned by supervisor. 其他上级指派的工作。 Requirements/要求 ? College degree or above. 大专及以上学历。 ? Can demonstrate a proven ability to deliver on programs and projects. Is a self-starter with can-do attitude. 有独立完成计划和项目的能力。积极主动，勇于尝试。 ? At least 3 years of experience in shift leader position or above in Auto industry. Familiarity with injection molding and automation line. 3年以上汽车行业领班及以上岗位的工作经验，熟悉注塑设备和自动化产线。 ? Strong knowledge of ERP system. 熟悉ERP系统。 ? Team leader experience. 团队管理经验。 ? Familiarity with lean/TPS methodologies for CIP and problem solving. 熟悉精益、丰田生产方式等改善工具。 ? Familiarity with IATF 16949/VDA 6.3. 熟悉汽车行业质量体系要求，IATF16949/VDA6.3。 ? Experience in multinational companies, Excellent communication skills for working with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and vendors. 具有跨国公司的工作经验，良好的沟通协调能力。 ? Fluency in Chinese and English. 中英文流利。

ASTOTEC, headquartered in Hirtenberg, Austria, is a leading developer and manufacturer of innovative pyrotechnic solutions for the global automotive industry and other industrial sectors. Astotec Automotive Technology (Changzhou) Co., Ltd. is a wholly owned subsidiary of ASTOTEC in China, which was established in June 2022 in JinTan Sino-Germany Industrial Park. The production base is located at the East side of XingLong South Road and south side of ZhuShan Road in JinTan Economic and Technological Development Zone, Changzhou City, with a total area of about 20.48 acre and a building area of about 8,500 m2. The company will purchase assembly lines, including automatic assembly lines, injection molding machines and a series of automated production lines for the manufacturing of automotive pedestrian protection actuators, circuit breakers and other products. The company aims to launch operation in 2024, with an expected annual production capacity of 15.39 million pieces of auto parts.
