- Volkswagen Automatic Transmission (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. (“VWATJ”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Volkswagen Group, is the largest green-field transmission producer of the VW Group in China. Across two plants, we produce premium quality Double-clutch Gearbox (DSG) transmissions, hybrid transmissions and e-drives. Job Title: TQL| Electronics Lab_ Failure Analysis Engineer Division/Department: Quality Assurance Lab Location: Tianjin Your Responsibilities: 1.Develop professional knowledge continuous independently 2.Optimize, develop and verify test procedures independently for currently projects and new incoming NEV/Battery projects. 3.Analyze and evaluate risk for production assembly, supplier and field failure complain or material investigation related to electric area independently 4.Organize technical training or seminar related to electric internal or to supplier independently 5.Prepare and present documents for presentations, represent work results to suppliers and customers and facilitate electric advice for suppliers and production process independently 6.Facilitate and execute measuring equipment calibration, routine maintenance and proficiency testing independently 7.Represent the interests of the site in cross-site working and expert networks of electric independently and actively Your Qualification: 1. Education: Bachelor Degree or above (or comparable degree in major) major in electric area 2. English or German proficient 3. 5 years' work experience in electric components analysis field 4.Strong analytical thinking 5.Excellent presentation skills. 6.Good communication skills and problem-solving ability 7.Well experienced in electric technology (development, production or quality) and in failure analysis 8. Integrity and value-driven working style, compliant to rules and regulation. 9. Remain accountable when mistake happens and be able to speak up if something goes wrong.
