We produce high-quality DSG transmissions for millions of Volkswagen Group China’s domestically produced vehicles since 2014 and we continue to advance with high quality standards and technical standards to maintain the momentum in the China market. Job Title: Electrical DQ Assembly S1 Foreman Division/Department: Plant Service Department Location: Tianjin Your Responsibilities: 1. To ensure the efficiency of production equipment 2. To carry on the preventive maintenance plan, and to coordinate the predictive maintenance activities. 3. Coordinate and organize the standby for the first-level trouble shooting 4. Organize and train the production and maintenance associates 5. Coordinate and organize the daily maintenance activities and take lead in the trouble shooting during the long-time breakdown 6. Organize to carry on equipment daily checking and regularly maintenance working 7. Participate in reconstruction and rebuild of relative technical equipment and establishments Your Qualification: 1. 10+ years automotive manufacturing industrial 2. 7+ years plant service experience, safety/audit/SOS/environmental health knowhow is preferred 3. Familiar with plant service system and clear about maintenance related standard/process 4. Knowledge of hydraulic pneumatic processes 5. Familiar with mechanical manufacture and engineering. 7. English is preferred 8. Integrity and value-driven working style, compliant to rules and regulation. 9. Remain accountable when mistake happens and be able to speak up if something goes wrong.
