职位介绍: 工作职责： 1、设计并领导用户研究计划，以识别创作者、字节跳动用户、管理者等的市场情绪和见解，帮助为未来的信任与安全战略和目标设定方向； 2、执行追踪调查，确保质量、准确性和富有洞察力的数据收集； 3、将复杂的研究数据转化为直观、引人注目且可操作的见解，有效地传达数据背后的故事； 4、分析社区生态系统和全球视角下的外部看法，收集和分析行业/调查数据、用户数据和专有数据，以测试、支持和改进全球安全运营中的决策； 5、成为字节跳动和字节跳动领导者的战略合作伙伴，支持他们的关键举措；与关键业务部门保持紧密合作，促进高效和有效的跨部门和跨国家的沟通与合作。 1. Design and lead user research programs to identify market sentiments and insights from creators, Bytedance users, moderators etc., which helps to set directions for future Trust and Safety strategies and targets; 2. Execute tracking surveys, ensuring quality, accuracy, and insightful data collection; 3. Transform complex research data into intuitive, visually compelling, and actionable insights that effectively communicate the story behind the data; 4. Analyze community ecosystems and external perceptions with global perspectives, collect and analyze industry/survey data, user data and proprietary data to test, support and improve decision-making in global safety operations; 5. Be the strategic partner of key ByteDance and Bytedance leaders, support them on critical initiatives; maintain strong partnership with key business functions, facilitate efficient and effective cross-department and cross-country communication and collaboration. 任职要求： 1、至少5年的用户研究经验，在高速增长的组织中从事用户研究，并具备数量研究员或类似职位的经验； 2、使用统计软件（例如R、SAS、SPSS等）和数据可视化工具（例如Tableau、PowerBI等）的经验； 3、对数据可视化工具和原则有深刻理解，具备设计和实施定制数据可视化的实际经验； 4、自我驱动的团队合作者，具备强烈的责任心和良好的项目管理技能； 5、能够独立设计和领导用户研究计划，能够结构化和优先处理问题，与利益相关者一起解决和管理问题； 6、优秀的口头和书面沟通能力，尤其擅长将复杂的数据发现以清晰简明的方式呈现给技术和非技术团队成员以及利益相关者； 7、应聘者还应擅长撰写详细的书面报告、摘要和演示文稿； 8、对在信任与安全领域发展职业充满热情。 1. Minimum 5 years of experience in conducting user research in high-growth organization with proven experience as a Quantitative Researcher or a similar role; 2. Experience using statistical software (R, SAS, SPSS, etc.) and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.); 3. Robust understanding of data visualization tools and principles, hands on experience at designing and implementing custom data visualizations; 4. Self-driven team player with a strong sense of ownership, good project management skills; 5. Ability to design and lead user research programs independently; ability to structure and prioritize issues to solve and manage with stakeholders; 6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Especially comfortable in presenting complex data findings in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical team members and stakeholders. The candidate should also be adept at crafting detailed written reports, summaries, and presentations; 7. Passion in developing a career in user research within the Trust and Safety space.
