职位介绍: Responsibilities: * Drive the E business with fully focusing on OR volume from webshop. * Work with global team check each region E-business development, exchange about sucessful cases, experiences and improve local webshop involvement in daily business. * Work with sales team, develop new potential webshop customer, and maintain existing webshop customer/users. * Collect customers’ and internal users feedback about webshop function, technical issues and give internal webshop IT support team update, improve webshop to be user friendly. * Focus on paper making or similar industry webshops, collect any big events happens in the market about new technology, new platform build up. * Pay attention on customers’ bidding system, ERP system, better support customer if customer still want order via Voith webshop. * Define develop plan for E-business and apply for related resources for the plan. * Ensure good data quality in webshop (check material status , maintain updated prices, lead time, etc. in SAP) * Coordinate with various functional departments to ensure smooth internal process for webshop related orders Requirements: * Bachelor degree, paper making industry is plus. * Proven capability to set up and implement detailed & realistic product strategies * Open mind to create new idea in webshop. * Has capability to communicate and implement global product strategies to local market * Has proven capability to work across border. * Proficiency with MS-office * Good communication in written and oral English. * Communicates precisely both orally and in written communications. * Makes effective use of communications means and media when presenting. * SAP operation experience.
