职位介绍: 岗位职责： — 为公司设计和开发新的产品/Design and develop new platform for automotive systems — 确保产品符合客户和内部电气科学的要求/Ensure products meet all customers and internal electrical requirements — 为客户做演示构建的支持/Support demo build for the customers — 从供应商处学习新的技术并把它们融入到我们的产品中/Get the new technology from suppliers and integrate them into the products — 运用工程CAD / CAE工具进行设计分析和评估/Apply engineering CAD/CAE tools to perform design analysis and evaluation — 必要时要核实和验证在基准线上和车辆上的设计/Verify and validate designs on bench and in vehicle as necessary — 跟进工程设计的过程和产品发布的手续/Follow advance engineering design process and product release procedures — 给销售团队和其他同事提供技术支持/Provide technical support to quotation team and other competency — 在连接器系统、线束组件、成模电缆和通用的赫斯曼专有的产品上有优秀的知识/Excellent knowledge in Connector Systems, wiring harness assemblies, over molded cables and in general of all Hirschmann signature products — 理解最佳实践的价值，并且运用最佳实践和其它的工具来推动商业发展。/Understand the value of best practices and apply best practices and other tools to drive business results. — 清晰简洁的传达信息和意见，包括熟练的理论交流和展示的技能。/Clearly and succinctly convey information and ideas, including expert executive communication and presentation skills 岗位要求： — Bachelor degree or higher — 5+ years engineering, industry experience — Highly motivated engineer, who is willing to develop himself and grow up in an International company. — Good communication and human relation skills. — Project Management skills and Good self-management skills. — Teamwork capacity. — CAD design and CAE analysis tool application, PC application skill — With task and work planning skill — With positive people interface attitude — Fluent English — SAP knowledge required — Has the knowledge of CATIA — Has customs relationship experience
