- Responsibilities: Ø Responsible for business strategy of Fosun PL company. Ø To drive relevant activities and leverage resources to achieve business targets, gaining synergy of different business units. Ø To ensure the achievement of key performance indicators, business and operative results to ensure the continuous growth and profitability. Ø Full responsibility for P&L in China to achieve sustainable growth. Requirements: Ø 15+ years of experience in increasingly complex management positions within the consumer industry, at least 3 years of P&L leadership experience. Ø Extensive global knowledge of the consumer industry. Ø Ability to develop and implement relevant strategic objectives to attain organizational objectives Ø Must be a seasoned executive with proven ability to select, lead, and support the development of people. Ø High energy and resourceful leader with the capability to quickly take in charge of responsibilities. Ø Outstanding communication skills with ability to present views in a clear and compelling manner and develop trust and influence with a broad relationship base.
