- 职位描述： Job description: 负责公司核心产品AFAS(Autonomous Flight Assistance System)的硬件设备研发工作，包括但不限于： Responsible for Hardware equipment development efforts releated to our product AFAS (Autonomous Flight Assistance System), including but not limited to: 1. 根据嵌入式系统（基于 ARM 架构的芯片）要求，完成硬件方案设计，板卡选型，样品跟踪、测试及性能评估； Perform hardware scheme design, board selection, sample tracking, testing and performance evaluation according to embedded system (chip based on ARM architecture) requirements; 2. 独立完成原理图设计， PCB设计，小批量投产，硬件调试及性能优化； Independently complete schematic design, PCB design, small batch production, hardware debugging and performance optimization; 3. 协助软件工程师调试产品基本功能，解决项目开发过程中的各种问题。 Assist software engineers to debug the functions of products and solve problems in the project development process. 任职要求： Qualification: 1.熟悉嵌入式系统周边硬件电路设计，掌握一种制版工具（ Altium Designer \ Cadence \ PowerPCB 等工具），掌握一种硬件仿真工具（ pspice \ multisim 等电路仿真工具）；精通硬件调试，具备良好的电子电路分析能力； Familiar with the hardware circuit design of embedded systems, master a plate making tool (Altium Designer\Cadence\PowerPCB and other tools), master a hardware simulation tool ( pspice\multisim and other circuit simulation tools); Proficient in hardware debugging and good electronic circuit analysis ability; 2.具有基于ARM架构芯片的丰富的硬件设计经验； Hardware design experience based on ARM architecture chips; 3.掌握数电、模电、微机原理等相关专业知识； Master the professional knowledge of digital electricity, modular electricity, microcomputer principles and other related knowledge; 4.具备飞控计算机、飞管系统、DAA等航电系统硬件研制经验的优先考虑； Experience in the development of avionics system hardware such as flight control computer, flight management system, DAA system is preferred; 5.具有DO254、DO160标准的经验和实践； Experience and practice with DO254, DO160 standards; 6.具有C/C++开发经验者优先； Experienced in C/C++development is prefered; 7.掌握丰富的软硬件集成调试能力； Master software and hardware integration debugging capabilities 8.正直诚信，结果导向，能够在高压力环境下完成既定任务，学习能力强，具有探索未知领域的勇气和气概。 Integrity, results-oriented, be able to complete tasks in a high-pressure environment, strong learning ability, courage to explore unknown areas.
