职责描述: 1.Execute the field activity plan: 执行现场活动计划: •Find local distributors within the area, define the business plan and implement to promote product 在区域内开发当地经销商,确定业务计划并实施,以推广产品 •Participate in the local tenders 参与当地招标 •Visit the relevant target accounts as per management guidelines 根据管理指南访问相关目标客户 •Cooperate with local distributors to plan, organise and execute high quality, high content regional and local marketing events to promote the Hoya brand and products as per management guidelines 与当地经销商合作,根据管理指南规划、组织和执行高质量、高主题的区域和当地营销活动,以推广Hoya品牌和产品 •Optimize the market coverage consistently. 持续优化市场覆盖率 •Provide technical and scientific expertise 提供技术和科学专门知识: •Master and present Hoya brand and technologies 掌握并展示Hoya品牌和技术 •Consistently convey the messages and positioning defined by management 始终如一地传达管理层定义的信息和定位 •Showcase perfect mastery of Hoya products and support/ train customers 展示对Hoya产品的完美掌握,并支持/培训客户 2.Customer Care (doctors, distributors) 客户服务(医生、分销商) •Manage customers in territory 管理区域内的客户 •Build sustainable collaborative relationship with customers using science, technology and know-how as a key vector 以科学、技术和诀窍为关键载体,与客户建立可持续的合作关系 •Timely address customer needs and request in alignment with management 及时满足客户需求和要求,与管理层保持一致 3.Marketing: 营销 •Actively participate to national events to promote the Hoya brand 积极参与活动,推广Hoya品牌 •Actively contribute to academic projects to promote the Hoya brand (wet-labs, clinical evaluation etc.) 积极参与学术项目,推广Hoya品牌(湿实验室、临床评估等) •Actively engage in marketing strategy and in the improvement of marketing supports and activities 积极参与营销战略和营销支持与活动的改进 •Gather and report constructive input from customers regarding Hoya products and services 收集并报告客户对Hoya产品和服务的建设性意见 •Collect market intelligence while visiting customers (pricing, consignment stock, inventory, market trends) 拜访客户时收集市场情报(定价、寄售库存、库存、市场趋势) •Methodically and accurately report information 系统准确地报告信息 4.Sales: 销售: •Facilitate the establishment of a sales channel with accounts 促进与客户建立销售渠道 •Monitor performance of sales channel and take actions to improve it 监控销售渠道的绩效并采取措施加以改进 •Monitor marketing activities of sub-distributors/ dealers 监控次级分销商/经销商的营销活动 5.Reporting: 报告: •Very diligently plan and report activities 认真地规划和报告活动 •Ensure necessary follow-up with customers 确保与客户进行必要的跟进 •Systematically use tools provided by management (excel, CRM) 系统地使用管理层提供的工具(excel、CRM) 任职要求: •1-3years working experiences in the medical device industry, ideally in IOL 1-3年医疗器械行业工作经验,最好是IOL行业 •Excellent knowledge in surgical ophthalmology 具有丰富的眼科外科知识 •Excellent presentation skills and very detailed oriented 出色的演讲技巧和细节导向 •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 优秀的沟通和人际交往技能 •Willing to travel frequently 愿意经常出差 •Background of ophthalmologist, optician or optometrist is a plus 有眼科医生、配镜师或验光师背景者优先 •Data driven mindset 数据驱动思维
