职位介绍: 1. Coordinate Phase II handover and operational readiness activities on site. 2. Work as a key member within the Operation Coordinating Team (OCT) and lead the coordination of the various work streams which are required to dovetail together to deliver a successful opening. 3. Prepare materials and analysis to support the work of the OCT. 4. Serve as the link between the users and the project team for the Operational Readiness to coordinate activities and update tasks and milestones. 5. Be responsible for documentation, minute taking and following up on action points arising from the OCT. 6. Coordinate the handover of buildings between site and business users. Attend pre-opening meetings to monitor and maintain the handover protocol Maintain handover documentation and make it available for sign-off by users and operational management on a building by building or room by room basis Maintain the schedule of cleaning and move-in dates by building & by team 7. Report on the progress of the all Cat C equipment delivery/installation and handover schedule. 8. Support on the simulation of phase II operation. 9. Support the tasks towards the operation improvement in term of the production line upgrade, Digitalize the specific operation process etc. 10. Ad Hoc Duties Any other related duty deemed necessary to assist in the successful opening of the CRC Phase II. Any other related duty deemed necessary to assist in the success of BAU operation management 1. Degree qualified, five years relevant working experience. 2. Has experience of site/project coordination or project management. 3. Good at coordination with different parties, good interpersonal skills and communication skills. 4. CET-6. Preferable PMP. 5. Fluent Mandarin and Cantonese, good English reading and writing ability.
