- 岗位职责： 1、负责制定海外市场部年度、季度、月度工作计划目标，并组织实施，达成部门工作指标； 2、根据部门年度目标，制定并执行市场开发计划，开展有效的市场行为，支持落实并完成部门的各项海外销售指标； 3、负责公司产品海外市场销售， 新客户渠道开发与维护； 4、根据市场情况，提供相关的海外市场分析，包括市场需求，客户需求，竞争对手信息等； 5、了解国外相关的先进技术，能够结合市场的应用情况制定新产品的开发方向。 Overseas sales responsibilities: 1.Responsible for formulating annual, quarterly, and monthly work plan goals for the overseas marketing department, and organizing their implementation to achieve departmental work targets; 2.Develop and execute market development plans based on departmental annual goals, carry out effective market behavior, and support the implementation and completion of departmental overseas sales targets; 3.Responsible for overseas market sales of company products, developing and maintaining new customer channels; 4. Provide relevant overseas market analysis based on market conditions, including market demand, customer demand, competitor information, etc; 5. Understand advanced technologies related to foreign countries and be able to develop new product development directions based on market applications. 任职要求 1、医疗、营销、英语等相关专业，本科及以上学历； 2、 3年以上医疗器械外贸销售工作经验，熟悉外贸销售工作流程； 3、 具备优秀的英文听、说、读、写能力； 4、 具备敏锐的观察力、分析判断能力，较强的市场开拓、客户沟通管理能力 5、工作积极主动，富有激情，具有强烈的目标达成意识，抗压能力强。 requirements 1. Bachelor's degree or above in medical, marketing, English or related fields; 2. At least 3 years of experience in medical device foreign trade sales, familiar with the foreign trade sales workflow; 3. Excellent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills; 4.
