职位介绍: General Description: Reporting to PRC FSSC Manager, the Accounts payable accountant will be located in PRC Finance Shared Service Center (PRC FSSC) in Dalian and responsible for performing the Accounts Payable, Time & Expense related accounting activities of various PRC legal entities. The Accounts payable activities are expected to include review spend category, prepaid amortization processing, settlement run, supplier creation request validation, AP, T&E related ledger accounts’ reconciliations, T&E travel policy audit, GEH audit, input VAT invoices filing for each entity, help other team members to resolve special cases, work with manager to continue to drive process improvement in team. Job Description: • Perform general accounting functions and activities for remote processing which include spend category review and TPI invoice appraisal, account reconciliations, payment processing, settlement run, T&E travel policy, GEH appraisal, invoice audit, customer service and other special activities, contribute idea for process improvement, support manager to complete quality project. • Intercompany account reconciliations and foreign exchange monitoring. • Work closely with local/regional offices and Hong Kong based finance teams to ensure coordination of monthly/quarterly closing process and ensure that all the regional reconciliations are performed every month. • Support Internal Audit and external auditors. • Ensure overall compliance with standard procedures and internal control processes. General Competencies: Perform general accounting functions and activities pursuant to established procedures and policies to ensure the accurate compilation, analysis & reporting of accounting data. Work with other team members and departments to ensure the efficient operation of the function. Position Requirements: • BS/BA degree or equivalent accounting certification with minimum of 3~5 plus years of related experience required. Previous experience in AP team or similar role is desirable • Intermediate to advanced level of competency in ERP systems (JDE/WD and UFIDA) is required • The ideal candidate must have proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment preferably with previous experience within an international or multinational organization. Motivated and results oriented creative thinker with excellent planning and problem-solving skills to work in a limited resource environment • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of divisional / business unit strategic objectives and goals, with disciplined month-end closing & reporting experience. Experience working within both local and cross boarder teams • High proficiency in both oral and written English Experience in shared service environments supporting both Hong Kong and other non-local entities are preferred • Knowledge of PRC accounting and SOX regulations • Understanding of Chinese GAAP and IFRS/US GAAP is preferred • Accounting related qualification/certificate holder is preferred 职位福利：五险一金、节日福利、周末双休、定期体检、带薪年假
