职位介绍: 岗位职责 1.Potential project feasibility study, manufacturing plan preparation. 2.Lead overall business study between Capex control team, Purchasing, sales. 3.Prepare RFQ for equipment selection and lead sourcing procedure. 4.Prepare technical document: Control plan, WI, PFMEA. 5.Lead validation of machining process for PPAP preparation and launch 6.Lead Engineering Change during project life. 补充说明： Bachelor degree or above in mechanical /machining or related. 机械加工相关专业本科以上学历; More than 5 years experiences in areas related with production 、quality or processing of manufacture.五年以上制造行业产品、质量和过程的经验； Knowledge APQP、PPAP、Flow Chart、FMEA、Control Plan了解 APQP、PPAP、Flow Chart、FMEA、Control Plan； Familiar with die casting for aluminum.熟悉铝合金压铸。 Knowledge mold structure of die casting .了解压铸模具结构。 Good at communicating internally and externally. 良好的内部和外部沟通能力 Good execute to achievement. Be able to work under pressure. 良好的执行力，具备抗压能力 High integrity. Good team work spirit. 诚实正直，良好的团队合作精神 Good at read and written English. 熟练的英语读写能力
