Are you interested in joining LEGO Retail and help us further building a strong marketing team, engaging shoppers through our omnichannel campaigns, and delivering innovative and compelling family experience in China? Bring your passion for retail to the Marketing Team of LEGO Brand Retail in China to help reach more families and bring them the most engaging shopping experience. Core Responsibilities: • Develop in close collaboration with China market a shared yearly marketing plan, ensuring strong planning alignment with China market for an efficient Brand orchestration. • Provide direction for regional forecasting and business planning. • Support commercial expansion of our LEGO Retail stores. - In charge of stores opening marketing plan in close collaboration with the markets • Drive footfall to our flagship stores and help growing conversion rate. - Delivering on large scale events - Ramping up hyper localized marketing - Leveraging key local occasions - Delivering a strong promotional plan - Optimizing visual merchandising - Executing a yearly trimerizing plan • Ensure our flagships are delivering the ultimate Brand experience and are key vehicles for recruitment to the LEGO brand. - Facilitating recruitment our core lines - Addressing all target audiences • Accelerate digitalization through: - CRM integration - Optimization of WeChat Mini-program - New SoMe platform testing - Innovative in store digital engagement - Hyper-localized MarketingStep up integration with the market and ensure consistency with LCS stores for a seamless channel agnostic shopper experience • Manage regional external partnerships • Lead, develop and motivate a team of marketing professionals - Lead and motivate a team of 3 direct reports with focus building a world class retail marketing team through close coaching /sparring - Step up Retail Marketing capabilities - Encourage innovation & creativity into campaign activations. - Work on team members individual development - Maintain an awareness of retail industry and market trends for personal and team development • Represent China within the Regional Retail Marketing LT Do you have what it takes? • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field is preferred. • 8+ years relevant marketing experience for brands with large store networks is preferred. • Experience in marketing area in retail/cosmetics/luxury/lifestyle industries with understanding of brand and product marketing, shopper engagement and driving business results is preferred. • Strong leadership skills. • Experience in digital and omni-channel shopper journey. • Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of how to optimize retail metrics. • Strong understanding and experience of delivering local campaigns. • Strong strategic mindset and analytical skills; ability to balance between analytical and creative thinking. • Strong project management capabilities. • Innovative mindset and can do attitude. • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills. • Ability to build, foster and nurture strong relationships with cross-functional and international teams. • Well-organized, detail-oriented multi-tasker with excellent written, verbal and visual communication skills. • Solid skills with Microsoft Office suite. • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed (estimate 20% of time).
