职位介绍: 职位摘要 / 职责: job summary / responsibilities: 1,了解客户需求和完整准确的预订记录，根据价格和路线提供的选择方案。 understands client’s need complete accurate records of bookings and offer best alternatives available in terms of pricing and routing. 2,提供专业独立的商旅服务，例如行程规划，预订操作，运价计算和票务处理。 work professionally and independently in providing business travel services i.e.: planning of itineraries, making reservations, competitive fare computations and ticketing. 3,根据服务水准协议确保高水准专业服务，提高客户满意度。 ensure a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction delivered in accordance to the service level agreement (slas). 4,处理客户反馈，增加提供适当的解决方案和建议。 handle customer feedback, escalations and providing appropriate solutions and recommendations. 5,处理签证相关的文档，确保从大使馆/领事馆可以快速拿到出行文件。 process visa related documentation and ensure speedy recovery of travel documents from the embassies/consulates. 6,确保遵循客户的出行政策，包括飞机、住宿、汽车、铁路、保险和签证要求。 ensure that travel policies of the clients are adhered to, including air, accommodation, car, rail, insurance and visa requirement. 7,通过流程知识、产品、规则和条例来减少过失和错误。 minimise errors and mistakes by gaining knowledge of procedures, products, rules and regulations. 8,确保电话服务能够与服务水准协议保持一致。 ensure that the telephone service factor (tsf) are met in accordance with service level agreement (slas). 9,在相应的层面上建立和保持与客户之间的良关系。 build and maintain relationships with client’s contacts at the relevant level. 10,根据服务水准协议执行工作流程。 manages workflow and processes in accordance with service level agreement. 职位要求 / 核心竞争力: requirements / core competencies: 1,拥有至少3-5年的实体企业工作经验。 possess a minimum of 3 - 5 years of solid corporate experience. 2,较好地掌握市场运价。 well verse and with a good grasp of the market fares. 3,具有国际航运输协会或世界旅行社协会联合会的证书者佳。 iata/uftaa diploma (std) an advantage. 4,对航空运价和票务规则有较强的经验与理解力。 strong background and understanding of airfares constructions principles and ticket formats. 5,较强的中英文口头与书面沟通技能。 strong oral and written communication skills in english, effectively bilingual. 6,乐观并以销售为导向，耐心，且能够在压力和时间紧迫的情况下进行工作。 pleasant and sales oriented, patient and ability to work under pressure and tight timeline. 7,较强的人际关系处理技能。 strong inter-personal skills. 8,较好的各类旅游产品知识。 good knowledge of various travel products. 9,了解行业标准和要求。 keeping abreast of industry standards and requirements. 10,创造性思维，能够打破常规去思考问题。 creative thinking, able to think “out of the box”. 11,较强的组织能力以及具有自我激励能力者优先。 organized, self motivated with the ability to prioritize. 12,与客户建立和保持良好的工作关系。 to build and maintain good working relationship with customers. 13,发挥主动性和获取所有权。 display initiative and taking ownership. 14,必须具备预订系统（gds）知识，abacus优先。 knowledge of reservation systems (gds) are essential, abacus an advantage. 15,较好地理解商旅流程和解决方案。 good understanding of business travel processes and solutions. 16,全面了解客户的需求，并及时提供服务。 overall understanding of customer needs and timely service delivery. 17,保持团队精神、团队协作和团队凝聚力。 maintain team spirit, team work and cohesiveness in the team to deliver results.
