职位介绍: 1. Working with Product Development ensure feasible joining solutions for all joints. 与产品开发团队合作，确保所有的连接方案的可行性 2. Responsible for buyoff joining parameters and process, ensure all joining work on plan and standard at every stage, include RSW UIR commissioning, SPR monitoring commissioning, respond to alert from tear down 负责验收连接工艺和参数，确保每个阶段的连接工作按照计划和标准推进，包括点焊的自适应调试，铆接的监控系统调试，连接alert的响应 3. All Joining parameters management, including but not limited RSW, SPR, laser, projection, stud welding, ensure joining parameters set up correctly, modification with record, ensure all stage joining quality on target to deliver joining qualified BIW 所有连接参数的管理，包含但不限于电阻点焊，自冲铆接，激光焊，螺柱焊接，电阻凸焊，确保连接参数的正确设置，变更记录跟踪，确保每个阶段的连接质量达到目标以交付合格的白车身 4. Leading coupon test work and SPR feasibility work, instruct line builders’ joining engineers to select rivet /die to finish SPR process 领导现场阶段的试片测试工作和SPR的可行性分析测试，指导线体商连接工程师选择合适的铆钉铆模去完成SPR工艺规划 5. Lead Control plan & PFMEA compiling work related to joining content, support joining failure repair solution with PD 负责控制计划和PFMEA中涉及到连接部分的内容编写，和PD一起支持连接缺陷的返修工艺 6. Support Module Meetings/PMST to ensure cross – functional working with Stamping, DMBI. 支持模块会议/项目管理掌控团队以保证与冲压、DMBI相互交叉功能的工作 7. Maximise equipment usage to achieve project Capital Investment targets. 尽量增大设备的利用率去达成项目基本投资目标 8. Develop joining concept to meet Volume aspirations, technical availability overspeeds and Takt time to support financial planning volumes. 开发连接概念去满足销量愿景，提速的技术可行性和节拍时间去支持财务规划的销量 9. Use Aims & Production Snag Tracker to drive resolution of issues through to Performance buy-off - Drive Aims & Snag closure by phase. 使用目标和生产故障跟踪文件去驱动问题的解决直到性能验收-驱动目标和故障关闭阶段性实现 10. Ensure Value for money solutions are sought for all Engineering changes. 保证为所有工程变更提供物有所值的方案 11. During launch support delivery of Facility Performance buy-off by driving 9 Panel process to ensure facility delivers within its Simulated Targets (DES) for MTTR & MTBF ensuring adherence to Design Cycle time. 在投产的时候支持设备性能验收的交付，通过9 Panel 过程去保证设备交付在平均维修时间和平均维修间隔时间的虚拟目标（DES）内，保证遵守设计规定的时间 12. Develop innovative solutions and new approaches to engineering problems to determine the sequence of steps or processes required to fabricate and assemble products that meet the organisation’s standards of quality and cost. 开发创新的解决方案和工程问题新方法去决定步骤的顺序或者工艺需求去制造和组装产品满足组织质量标准和成本 13. Represent Manager when required at reviews or presentations. 在需要的时候代表经理去复核或者业务陈述
