职位介绍: 汽车法规工程师工作系列INTC/HMRE 位置：北京教育程度：汽车/机械/化学工程学士学位工作范围：密切跟踪中国汽车标准/法规的演变，及时准确地在全球工程部门内传播信息，以确保研发合规责任：参加立法领域利益攸关方组织的讲习班、研讨会和培训；收集和整合法规信息，包括法规草案、翻译和官方解释等。；使用法规工具，按照标准流程在全球研发中心内传播法规信息，并维护/更新法规数据库；与工程部门保持密切沟通，与全球法规专家和合规领导一起分析法规影响，以确保法规演变纳入研发全球参考，确保产品法规合规；积极支持项目团队和认证团队进行法规主题讨论和解释部门的其他支持活动技能：熟悉汽车法规监管/认证领域良好的网络，优先提供技术服务（CATARC、VECC等）/权威机构（NTCAS、CQC）较强的英语沟通能力（口语和书面）具有分析能力的客户导向在跨职能项目组织中与不同团队合作的能力强高度专业和自我激励语言技能：英语：流利所需工作经验：有OEM、认证机构、测试实验室或一级监管工程师经验优先居家办公为主，偶尔到测试中心 Job reference number Position: Legal Engineer Working series INTC/HMRE Location: Beijing Education: Bachelor Degree in Automotive/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering Scope of work: Closely track the evolution of Chinese automotive standards/regulations, and timely and accurately disseminate information within global engineering departments to ensure R&D compliance Responsibility: Participate in workshops, seminars and training organized by stakeholders in the field of legislation; Collect and integrate regulatory information, including draft regulations, translation and official interpretation.; Use regulatory tools to disseminate regulatory information in global R&D centers according to standard processes, and maintain/update regulatory databases; Keep close communication with the engineering department, analyze the impact of regulations together with global regulatory experts and compliance leaders, to ensure that the evolution of regulations is incorporated into the global reference of research and development, and ensure product regulatory compliance; Actively support the project team and certification team to discuss and explain the subject of regulations Other support activities of the department skill: Familiar with automobile laws and regulations Good network in the field of supervision/certification, giving priority to the provision of technical services (CATARC, VECC, etc.)/authorities (NTCAS, CQC) Strong English communication skills (oral and written) Customer orientation with analytical ability Strong ability to work with different teams in cross-functional project organizations Highly professional and self-motivated Language skills: English: fluent Work experience required: Experience in OEM, certification agency, testing laboratory or first-level supervision engineer is preferred Mainly work at home, occasionally go to the test center
