职位介绍: Responsibilities: 1. Be responsible for the company's annual business plan for modern channels, KA development and relationship management, exploring business growth opportunities and being responsible for the results. 2. Make e-commerce business and retail business plans and annual, quarterly and monthly e-commerce sales plans according to the company's strategy and brand development plans, and accomplish the targets according to the plans. 3.Be responsible for keeping abreast of competitors and the market environment, and making adjustment plans that are conducive to the achievement of e-commerce and retail business goals based on analysis. 4.Be responsible for customer relationship establishment and maintenance, market analysis and planning, project operation and achieving sales targets. 5.To effectively manage and train the subordinate team to improve the overall quality and efficiency of team work. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or above, marketing, business administration or related majors. 2. Over 10 years of sales management experience in foreign enterprises or brand companies. 3. Be familiar with multi-channel sales model, with experience in channel sales and channel resources in furniture and home industry is preferred. 4. Understanding and be familiar with new sales channels such as social marketing approaches. 5. Sensitive business and market awareness, strong problem analysis and problem solving skills, excellent resource integration and business promotion skills. 6. Proactive, efficient, clear logical thinking, passionate and sense of responsibility, strong stress tolerance, and willing to challenge high goals. 7. Excellent leadership and communication skills, good at integrating multiple resources and leading the team to achieve goals.
