职位介绍: Job Descriptions Development: Development of qualitative and cost-competitive Summer/All-season tires according to OEM requirement books Coordination of prototype-building, testing and delivery to the customers in time. Permanent alignment of the obtained test results with the requirements (product requirement specifications) of the customer Introduction of the approved specification in production Projects: Joining international technology projects which enables Continental as Technology leader. Embracing changes and the introduction and realization of own vision / ideas Information: Sharing of know-how and learnings to meet customers’ expectations, especially information exchange between the APAC locations Japan, China and Korea. Support: Support of quality documentation within the development and serial production to meet quality targets Consulting of the customers in all technical questions incl. travel. Support the local management in all matters Job Requirements Degree in Engineering/ Natural science. Problem solving skills and methods. Good command of English. Experience in tire development processes and tools at R&D organization are an advantage.
