职位介绍: Role purpose Work with Marketing Team to support full year digital communication. Support monthly payment, marketing activities, meeting arrangement, etc. Role accountabilities 1. Content planning, development for digital and social campaign Owned media always-on content development and landing Always-on social seeding QC to sustain KOL content on-time-in-full delivery (RED, TikTok, WeChat, Weibo, etc.) 2. Media planning and execution Based on marketing communication strategy to develop media planning, execution and budget allocation with KPI setting 3. Assets development for end-to-end precision marketing Digital assets like KV, video, H5, EC landing page development and optimization 4. IMC campaign execution Support Marketing Team (incl. CNY, breakfast, etc.) to sustain brand campaign successful landing on omni channel 5. NPD support Support on EC content page/POSM development of NPD 6. Monthly payment and omni channel activation support Qualification and experience University graduate with at least 3 years of marketing experience Strong exposure to digital media and social content will be preferred Good communication and relationship building across internal and external Keep curious and sensitive on any new approach, tools, trend in digital and social world
