- Responsibilities: 1. Developing new recipes for customer and innovation projects, further improve existing recipes; 2. Providing support in the optimisation of the recipe portfolio in terms of cost structure, resource use and quality in collaboration with recipe management; 3. Support KAM to support customer’s projects, innovations and product line trial; 4. Focus on plant based drink, for instance, almond, oat, soy drinks, including industrial and food service stores; serving for food service will be a plus; 5. Introduce, develop new B2B raw materials which is suitable in food service or industry. Requirements: 1. 6 years plus in plant base drink industry, familiar with beverage products, related ingredients and industrial processing; 2. Food science or related education, bachelor degree or above; 3. Good oral and written EN skill; 4. Customer focused & consumer driven; 5. Think and act Long-term & value entrepreneurial spirit； 6. Embrace challenge & continuously improve knowledge.
