- 职责描述 1．同客户，外部代理，以及内部客户经理及财务同事沟通，通过国际快递公司DHL、UPS、Fedex账户下单或航空公司订舱把客人的货物进口到国内或香港。 2．负责各项单据的制作，复核及传递，负责制作收、付款账单。 3．期间需要和国内外同事，收发货人，车队，报关行，航空公司协作配合，解决过程中可能出现的问题。 4．确保货物门到门准时的运输以达到客户满意。 5．完成上级交办的其他任务 Job Description 1.Dedicated contact for assigned customers. Place shipment order with DHL UPS FedEx account to export and import goods to China Mainland and Hong Kong. Update with customer for shipment status and problem solving. 2.Collecting order information from customer and colleagues. Forming and check necessary exporting material. Issuing monthly invoice against customer or Order. 3.Work closely with DHL UPS FedEx account manager and logistic brokers to maintain proper express and cargo operation. Periodically negotiate with DHL UPS FedEx account manager for updating price list. 4.To clarify the irregular cargo status and work out the solution to solve the problem like Cargo missing/damage, cross labeling, mis-routed and wrong cargo received. 5.Make sure billing accuracy against tariff and regular track AR on COD account. 6.Any assignments would be followed up by line manager’s instruction 任职要求： 1、专科及以上学历，国贸、物流管理、物流工程等相关专业。 2、英语CET4 及以上，可进行日常英文沟通。具备英语电话沟通能力。 3、至少3年空运从业经历 4、良好的沟通，协调能力。逻辑思维，分析问题能力强。 Job Requirements: Logistic related education background. Good English Skills. Minimum 3 years related experience in freight operation. Logic thinking. Problem analysis and solving skills.
