Job Responsibilities • Handling recruiting works; coordinates recruiting activities, screen resumes and set up the interviews • Handling employee on-boarding & off-boarding procedures • Coordinates new staff orientation assignments and activities • Provide effective and efficient HR support on the management of documents, profiles, and HR system • Provide basic staff services to employees including but not limited to annual leave and overtime record update, commercial insurance reimbursement, support local staff residency permit and personnel file registration, employee benefits program follow-up. • Assist to organize various staff activities • Other assignments allocated by the supervisor upon business needs. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree or above • Minimum 2 years related working experience, has working knowledge of HR policies and processes • Able to work under pressure & handle pressure in a multi-task environment • Strong sense of responsibilities and nice personality • Good communication skills both in English & Chinese • Familiar with MS Office software
