- Responsibility: 1. Prepare monthly forecast report of P&L, B&S with analysis 2. Prepare monthly management report variance analysis of Actual vs. Budget vs Forecast 3. Prepare monthly project profitability report analysis 4. Prepare monthly expense report by department 5. Prepare monthly cost center report by project 6. Prepare monthly investment report by project 7. Other tasks assigned by Plant Controller from time to time Qualification: 1. Education Bachelor or above 2. 3 - 4 years relevant experience in Finance Analysis in MNCs, overall experience in internal control, planning, reporting & analysis preferred; 3. Good in English for reading, writing and speaking; 4. Experience with SAP system preferred; 5. High accountability, highly motivated and enthusiastic; 6. Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines; 7. Independent and result-oriented; 8. Proactive and can-do attitude; 9. Good team spirit and interpersonal skills; 10. Good time management skills; 11. Good at power-point presentations.
