Key Responsibilities • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with multiple clients spanning varied lines of business in multiple sectors • Leading performance review sessions with clients on a regular basis • Assessing and identifying opportunities to increase value to the client and/or for Afiniti growth • Gathering and providing client input as needed to continually improve the client relationship and Afiniti performance • Acting as primary contact for setting and managing client expectations for performance and issue-resolution. • Representing Afiniti professionally in written and verbal communication with the client • Representing and advocating professionally for the client internally at Afiniti • Working with multiple cross-functional teams internally and externally (client operations teams, Afiniti Analytics & Technology leads) to ensure Afiniti services consistently meet client expectations • Coordinating and representing client requests with appropriate internal teams to deliver on client expectations. • Identifying, assessing, and actively pursuing new business opportunities in all relevant market for Afiniti’s services • Travel required up to 25% Qualifications: • Knowledge and proven expertise in commercial negotiations is essential • Excellent interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on persuasiveness • Experience or knowledge of managing technology deployment is highly desired but not essential • Demonstrated client-facing skills with ability to effectively manage multiple client stakeholders at both management and working levels • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills • Ability to think strategically and navigate complex situations efficiently and effectively • Strong quantitative skills with a working understanding of the usage of statistics in business • Proven experience managing and influencing others • Proficient in MS Office, with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint • Minimum Bachelor’s degree • 10-15 years working experiences in financial regulatory authority, banks, or insurance companies, or division chief and upper as financial regulators, head of relevant departments and upper, lose human networking with senior management of large commercial banks or insurance companies more preferred.
