职位介绍: Essential Job Functions • Actively engages in the whole program development process, including localization, research and development, promotion, customization and successful delivery • Consult with client prior to work session to determine client needs, participant profile and needs for implementation. • Customize learning content and implementation to meet client needs and the business objectives that are critical to their success. • Interact and adjust approach to audience appropriately (senior, managerial, supervisory & individual contributor levels). • Create a climate during work session in which participants are engaged and eager to contribute in solving their most critical business and leadership challenges. • Maintain excellent knowledge of Franklin Covey content, effective consulting and delivery skills, and latest knowledge of business environment worldwide for effective delivery of relevant work sessions that meet the needs of Franklin Covey’s various organizational clients. • Collaborates as a strategic partner with sales, marketing and other professionals to execute delivery strategies for client and other business development opportunities across the region; may assists in formal client presentations. Requirements • Position requires 4-5 years of solid leadership and management training delivery experience in services or corporate environment. Over 10 years of working experience, with minimum 5 years management experience. Bachelor’s degree required with a Master’s degree preferred. A high degree of business acumen with strong passion to help people to grow is essential. Excellent facilitation skills in small and large group settings, in all forms and at all levels in a professional, engaging manner; develops and delivers impactful presentations. A well-developed pattern of achievement, competitive skills, energy, motivation, enthusiasm, teamwork and integrity is critical to success in this role. Good command of English, strong in reading.
