职位介绍: 职责描述： 1. Definition of customer specifications of ZF E-drive products with OEMs and ZF German department./与OEM和ZF德国相关部门定义ZF 电驱动产品客户规范。 2. Define project schedule for prototype and serial production together with customer and corresponding department. /与客户和相关部门定义样车及量产产品项目计划。 3.Vehicle signals checking and E-drive products parameters tuning on prototype vehicles in proving ground./在测试场地，对整车信号进行检查，并对电驱动产品进行参数标定 4.Calibrate and optimize E-drive software, and finally release the software for different applications./ 标定并优化软件，针对不同项目进行软件应用释放。 5. Installation check， trouble shooting and vehicle test for ZF E- drive products at OEMs./负责ZF电驱动产品在样车上的安装检查、故障排查及测试支持。 6. Installation release for E-drive products assembled on prototype vehicles with necessary support from ZF Germany. /ZF电驱动产品样车安装状态批准释放，必要时与ZF德国团队共同确定。 7. Field technical support for OEM production and end user operation. /现场支持解决客户或主机厂遇到的产品问题。 8. Finalize technical documentation together with customers and product owners for project final release. /与客户及产品负责人确定并完成产品技术文档。 9. Support R&D and other department to do related bench test, software test, customer survey, etc.. /支持产品研发部门完成相关的台架测试、软件测试、客户调研等相关工作。 10. Other tasks assigned by superior. /领导分配的其它工作。任职要求： 1. Bachelor's degree or above in Automotive, Mechatronics, Electrical, computer science or related engineering; 汽车、机电、电气或计算机相关专业本科以上学历； 2. 0-3 years expirence in automotive e-drive industry; / 0-3年汽车电驱动行业工作经验； 3. Be familiar with NEV e-drive system principle and the interface with the vehicle. /掌握新能源汽车电驱系统原理及其与整车接口匹配 4. Be familiar with power battery and fuel cell battery principle, know well of new energy vehicle chassis layout and electric auxiliary; /熟悉动力电池及燃料电池原理、了解新能源汽车底盘布置及电动辅助系统； 5. Be familiar with NEV e-drive system related standard and test method; /熟悉新能源汽车电驱系统相关标准及测试方法； 6. Automotive E-drive product application experience, be familiar with NEV principle is preferred; /有汽车电驱动产品应用匹配项目经验，熟悉NEV原理及电驱动系统功能； 7. CAN tools useage knowledge and software calibration work experience (e.g. CANape) is a must; /具备CAN工具使用和软件标定相关工作经验； 8. Must be available to travel, responsible to work, good communication skills, teamwork sprit; /能够经常出差，工作态度认真负责、有较强沟通能力和团队协助精神； 9. CET-4 and fluent oral English. /英语四级以上，口语流利，可与外方进行一般书面及口头交流。
