Our goal is to create a supply base that works as an extended enterprise, creating value through continuous improvement in quality, technology, and logistics, while optimizing cost and sustainability. - In charge of HL transportation operation including domestics & export project. - Familiar with all HL transportation procedures and process. - Familiar with Shock Watch Management, arrange regular inspection, installation process. - Good communication with internal & external stakeholder. - Irregular trip for outside Chongqing. - Familiar with system maintenance (SAP, EP, etc.). - Track and trace shipments to meet the service requirements & Monitor shipment request data quality according to the Incoterm. - Monitor the carrier/forwarder’s performance. - Implement recovery options with notification to TMC Operation Leader and Plant key contacts upon shipment delay or damage. - Investigate delays to find root cause and ensure continuous improvement. - Make record on delivery problems inclusive of reason code maintenance - Collect PODs. - Make saving report. - Analyze transport cost. - Make monthly management report including all kind of KPI reports and Saving, Etc. - Generate the daily operation reports and distribute to related responsible persons for respective actions. - Ensure operational quality and process control. - Living core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business. - A College degree. - More than 5 years logistics experience. - Good knowledge in import/export logistics operation. - Excellent communication and analytical skill. - Proficient in MS office. - Excellent command of English.
