职位介绍: 职责描述： • Develop branding strategy, marcom plan, media plan, communicate brand key message, lead brand campaigns • Build up and manage diversified marketing approaches per marketing insight and alignment with business initiatives • Work with product , trade and retail team on new product launch and channel activities’ implementation • Lead brand agency relationships, media agency, social media agency, PR agency and own briefing, plan development and execution for the fiscal year for the portfolio within the allotted budget • Increase brand outreach as well as brand loyalty via building buzz/participation using PR and ongoing test and learn with digital content and media innovation • Work closely with key sales accounts and customers to jointly plan and execute marketing activities with excellence to deliver on objectives aligned • Manage the team expenses within planned budget • Lead branding team to high performance by coaching, developing team’s competencies. 任职要求： • Bachelor's degree or above in marketing, business management, or other related majors , MBA preferred • At least 10 years marketing or brand management in MNC, strong at PR • Ability to build and manage cross-functional teams and quickly adapt into a matrixed organization with open communication and inspiration • Hands-on and innovative, proactive and with business ambition • Very fluent in English & Chinese • Excellent communication and presentation skills with an analytical mind • Good team leader and player with strong collaboration • Professional working attitude with strong drive and commitment • IT skills Excellent knowledge of MS office tools, especially MS Excel and MS Powerpoint
