- 工作职责
1. Responsible for eCaliper's sub-assembly/components design and technical review with internal and external department/supplier
2. Responsible for eCaliper's samples tracking till MLC60(B-samples) including feasibility, quality and testing status
3. Responsible for eCaliper's Product industrialization with plant
4. Customer requirement Analysis
5. Customer requirement breakdown"
6. Understand simulation report and review results with simulation Engineer
7. Prepare patent disclosure documents
8. Complete transmission / sealing / connector / motor system design report
9. Complete relevant document (Tolerance stack / BOM / Drawing / CCSC / DFMEA / specification ,etc.)
10. Work with various departments, test department, sample production department, etc.
工作要求
1. 3 years or above experience in actuator design development
2. Experience in mechatronics actuator design and development including PCBA and motor
3. Experience in EPB or EMB design is preferred
4. Familiar with relevant product standards.7.
5. Able to do simple FEA simulation
6. Understand the purpose of a patent application
7. Understand transmission system design knowledge and relevant specification
8. Understand sealing system design knowledge and relevant specification
9. Understand connector system design knowledge and relevant specification
10. Understand metal manufacturing knowledge
11. Understand plastic manufacturing knowledge
