职位介绍: Position Objective The Sourcing Specialist is responsible for the identification, qualification, and development of suppliers in China/Asia, with a strong focus on localizing European components and supporting engineering and development projects. The role is highly execution-driven and ensures availability, cost competitiveness, and technical compliance of sourced parts. Key Responsibilities： Supplier Identification & Sourcing Execution Identify, screen, and qualify new suppliers in China and Asia for mechanical and electrical components Execute RFQs, supplier comparisons and cost analyses Drive supplier selection processes in alignment with engineering and procurement Localization of European Components Analyze existing European parts and identify localization opportunities in China/Asia Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure technical equivalence and compliance Coordinate sampling, testing, and qualification of localized components Track localization progress to achieve cost and supply chain improvements Support to Engineering & Development Projects Act as sourcing partner for R&D and engineering teams Identify suppliers for prototypes, pilot builds and serial production Ensure fast response times and flexibility during early project phases Supplier Qualification & Performance Conduct supplier evaluations, audits and capability assessments Monitor supplier performance (quality, delivery, cost) Resolve sourcing and supply issues with internal stakeholders Negotiation & Commercial Handling Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery conditions Ensure competitive and transparent cost structures Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate closely with teams in Guangzhou and Feucht (Germany) Act as interface between European requirements and Asian supply markets Required Qualifications： Professional Background Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sourcing or procurement Experience in supplier sourcing within China Experience in component localization (Europe → Asia) is a strong advantage Skills & Competencies Strong hands-on sourcing mindset Technical understanding of mechanical and/or electrical components Negotiation and supplier management skills Ability to work in a project-driven environment Analytical and problem-solving skills Languages (Mandatory) Mandarin (fluent) English (fluent ) What Makes This Role Unique Strong operational sourcing focus Direct impact on supplier selection and cost structure Key role in building the Asian supplier base Close collaboration with international engineering teams 岗位目标本岗位负责中国及亚洲地区供应商的挖掘、资质审核与开发，核心聚焦欧洲零部件本土化落地，并为工程研发项目提供采购支持。岗位以落地执行为核心，保障采购物料的供货稳定性、成本竞争力及技术合规性。主要工作职责：供应商挖掘与采购执行 为机械、电子类零部件挖掘、筛选并审核中国及亚洲地区新供应商 执行询价流程（RFQ）、供应商对比及成本分析 协同工程与采购部门，推进供应商选定全流程欧洲零部件本土化 拆解现有欧洲零部件，挖掘可在中国 / 亚洲本土化替代的机会 与工程团队协作，确保本土化零部件技术等效、符合标准 统筹本土化零部件的打样、测试及资质认证工作 跟进本土化项目进度，实现成本优化与供应链升级支持工程与研发项目 担任研发、工程团队的采购对接合作伙伴 为产品原型、试产及量产阶段匹配合适供应商 在项目前期保障快速响应及灵活适配需求供应商资质审核与绩效管理 开展供应商评估、现场审核及产能实力评估 持续监控供应商质量、交付、成本等综合表现 联动内部相关部门，协调解决采购及供应链供货问题商务谈判与业务处理！ 负责价格、合作条款及交付周期的商务谈判 搭建具备竞争力且透明合理的成本体系跨部门协作 与广州及德国福伊希特团队紧密配合 作为对接枢纽，衔接欧洲技术标准需求与亚洲供应链市场任职要求：专业背景 本科及以上学历，工程类、供应链及相关专业 至少 5 年技术采购 / 专业采购从业经验 具备中国本土供应商开发经验 有欧洲零部件向亚洲本土化替代经验者优先能力素质 务实落地的采购执行思维 具备机械或电子零部件专业技术认知 优秀的商务谈判及供应商管理能力 适应项目制工作模式 具备良好的数据分析与问题解决能力语言要求（英语必备！） 普通话：流利 英语：流利岗位亮点 侧重实操型采购业务，落地性强 可直接参与供应商选型与成本架构制定，影响力大 深度参与亚洲供应商资源体系搭建核心工作 与国际工程研发团队高频协同办公
