职位介绍:  Responsibilities: The role is responsible for packaging development and quotation activities for new business opportunities, drive packaging optimization initiatives for serial production programs, and support the implementation of global packaging standards to improve logistics efficiency, cost competitiveness and sustainability performance.  Lead packaging concept development for RFQ and new program acquisition projects.  Design returnable and one-way packaging solutions according to customer requirements, logistics flows and product characteristics.  Support customer packaging reviews and technical discussions.  Drive packaging cost reduction initiatives through optimized packaging solutions, including packaging redesign, container density improvement, standardization and reuse strategies, etc.  Develop and maintain global packaging standards and engineering guidelines.  Support supplier selection and technical evaluation for packaging suppliers.  Support digitalization projects related to packaging design and asset tracking. Job Specification / required skills:  Bachelor’s degree or above in Packaging Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Mechanical Engineering or related fields.  Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive packaging engineering  Proven experience supporting RFQ packaging quotation and new projects launch  Strong understanding of packaging cost structures  Good analytical and project management skills.  Fluent in written and spoken English.
