职位介绍: • Responsible for the repair and maintenance of laboratory analytical instruments, such as LC (HPLC/UPLC), LCMS and so on • Execute Qualification Documents (IQ,OQ & PQ) for laboratory analytical instruments, such as C (HPLC/UPLC), LCMS and so on • Collaborate with other members of the engineering team to resolve complex customer issues, and determine solutions and corrective actions based on customer requirements and business requirements • Contribute to the overall growth of PerkinElmer’s laboratory asset management business Basic Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree; scientific background preferred • At least 2-3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or in instrument maintenance • Good knowledge of GMPs, 21CFR Part 11, USP 1058 – and other relevant industry regulations and guidance • Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work independently • Organized and task oriented • Excellent written and oral communication skills – especially on technical topics • Self-directed and motivated individual who is able to operate in a rapidly changing business environment • Customer-oriented, conducting job function with a primary focus on customer satisfaction (internal & external) and ability to deal with customer complaints • Ability to Build consensus among team of stakeholders • Excellent critical thinking/analytical and problem solving skills • Experience with a multitude of laboratory equipment a plus • Experience with laboratory operations management a plus • Preferably with engineer experience in Waters/Agilent LC/LCMS
